The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was remarkable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The thoughtful touches in the room made our anniversary feel even more special. The Pool: The pool area was an absolute highlight! Whether soaking up the sun on a comfortable lounger or taking a refreshing dip, it was pure bliss. The pool’s sparkling water reflected the high standards of the hotel! Outstanding Staff: Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure our stay was perfect. A special mention must go to the maintenance manager, Samuel. We had a small technical issue in our room, and his prompt, efficient, and courteous service left a lasting impression. His expertise and dedication to ensuring guest comfort are truly commendable. Given Samuel’s exceptional problem-solving skills and his evident passion for his work, I believe he is an invaluable asset to Cresta Grande. His ability to go above and beyond deserves recognition. He embodies the very best of hospitality service! Overall Experience: Our anniversary stay at Cresta Grande was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious amenities, great prices, pristine cleanliness, amazing views and outstanding service made it a truly unforgettable experience. All your staff are excellent and friendly especially at reception the welcome is great there is one gentleman who received us at the door he smiles a lot and we felt at home, and the one who carried our bags was very wonderful, all the reception ladies and a gentleman where great and helpful, we found one of rooms ready as we asked for an early check-in. Kazi is great and excellent and very friendly! all your staff are also very helpful to show places like supermarkets, atms etc and the nearby tourist attractions. Also thank you for keeping our bags after check-in. the Hotel's location is very central and close to the airport and all the interesting tourist attractions, 6km from the table mountain, 7km from the Camps Bay Beach and V&A Waterfront is also around the same kms. everything is central. lots of restaurants around the hotel.

Really appreciated. Breakfast: amazing; have almost everything for a buffet. One can see that the Chef really cares. Value: You cannot find another hotel in town with such a low cost per night for such a great 4 star hotel in Cape Town CBD. Free parking in hotel and Avis is just 5 minutes walk from hotel. We appreciated that our room had coffee and tea, a water heater, a small fridge and a safe. There are many restaurants in the area and there is Pick n Pay supermarket just around the corner. The staff was very welcoming and willing to help. We were able to leave our luggage in a dedicated room after check out.
