Location: excellent. Closed to City Centre & Water Front, cruise port and hugh first rate shopping centre. Personnel: Very friendly, helpful & caring. Their service is way beyond our expectation. Really appreciated. Breakfast: amazing; have almost everything for a buffet. One can see that the Chef really cares. Value: You cannot find another hotel in town with such a low cost per night for such a great 4 star hotel in Cape Town CBD. Free parking in hotel and Avis is just 5 minutes walk from hotel. An Exceptional Stay with Unmatched Service! As a local Cape Town resident, I recently decided to treat myself and my boyfriend to a special getaway to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service and warm hospitality, which made our celebration even more memorable. Room & Cleanliness: The room was immaculate, with crisp, clean linens that greeted us as we walked in. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was remarkable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The thoughtful touches in the room made our anniversary feel even more special. The Pool: The pool area was an absolute highlight! Whether soaking up the sun on a comfortable lounger or taking a refreshing dip, it was pure bliss. The pool’s sparkling water reflected the high standards of the hotel! Outstanding Staff: Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure our stay was perfect. A special mention must go to the maintenance manager, Samuel. We had a small technical issue in our room, and his prompt, efficient, and courteous service left a lasting impression. His expertise and dedication to ensuring guest comfort are truly commendable. Given Samuel’s exceptional problem-solving skills and his evident passion for his work, I believe he is an invaluable asset to Cresta Grande. His ability to go above and beyond deserves recognition. He embodies the very best of hospitality service! Overall Experience: Our anniversary stay at Cresta Grande was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious amenities, great prices, pristine cleanliness, amazing views and outstanding service made it a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Cape Town. We can’t wait to return!

The Hotel was a pleasant stay. It is well located, central, we even walked to the V&A Waterfront, but just during daytime. It is not recomended to walk after dark. We appreciated that our room had coffee and tea, a water heater, a small fridge and a safe. There are many restaurants in the area and there is Pick n Pay supermarket just around the corner. The staff was very welcoming and willing to help. We were able to leave our luggage in a dedicated room after check out.

Good view of table mountain from room, location is ideal, short drives to get places. Was safe to walk the streets even late at night. Can't do that in Johannesburg, Durban or even Benoni Breakfast was good, had the pastries, meat not halal

The location was great, Ubers are readily available. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Nice fresh fruit variety for breakfast.
